1 - REGISTER FOR ACCESS TO OUR WHOLESALE PRICESLogon to our website, by using the link below, click on the WHOLESALE LOGIN at the top and then the REGISTER button to sign up for the first time. There is a one time fee of $10.00 to get a wholesale ID. Once you register you will receive a password, it will not work until we authorize it. Depending on the day and time that could take up to 24 hours but it rarely takes that long. www.ricksswords.com.
2 - SELECT ITEMS YOU WANT TO SELLClick on WHOLESALE LOGIN , enter your email address and password to logon to our wholesale website. Then you are ready to select the items you want to sell. The number of items you start with is up to you. We recommend you try at least 5 to 10 different items to start with and more items to make more money. We try to keep a good inventory on hand of all items but sometimes we do run out.
3 - LIST YOUR AUCTIONS AND RECEIVE PAYMENT FROM BUYEROnce you have selected the items you wish to sell you are ready to list them on an online auction or anywhere else you want to sell. As a Ricks Swords dealer you may use the descriptions and photos from our website to sell products you purchase from us. Please be aware that auction services have some restrictions on what you can and can’t sell. It is your responsibility to conform to these restrictions.
4 - PAYMENTTo avoid delays all payments should be made to us through paypal or by credit card. You can send us a money order or certified check but the time it takes to reach us could upset your buyer unless you warn them of the delay in advance. We will not ship an item until we receive your cleared payment. We hold shipment 10 days for checks. We do charge a handling fee of $1.70 per order to be drop-shipped in the USA and $3.40 per order outside the USA. For website orders you can add these fees to your order by purchasing DROPSHIPUSA or DROPSHIPINTERNATIONAL from our website (search DROPSHIP). 5 - ACCEPTABLE METHODS FOR ORDERING ITEMS FROM US TO BE DROP-SHIPPED
A-Place the order on our website and list your customers address under “Ship To”. Our website will calculate the shipping cost for shipments in the USA. If it is outside the USA we will have to calculate the shipping after you process theorder but before you pay. Add a $1.70 handling fee for each drop ship orders inthe USA and $3.40 for international shipments.>
B-Email us your order complete with shipping address, wholesale prices, item numbersand descriptions. We MUST have a phone number for all orders shipped outside the USA. Make payment by any method we accept and your items will be shipped as soon as we receive your cleared payment. If we have your credit card info on file and your permission we can debit your card and ship your items without delay.
6 - SHIPPING DAMAGEWe are not responsible for shipping damage your customer should inspect their packages report any shipping damage immediately to the carrier. The customer should retain the package for the shipper to pick up or otherwise instructed by the shipper.
7 - RETURNSWe accept returns only if they are returned to us within seven (7) days after they are received and they must be in the same condition as they were received in. We do not refund or pay return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective. |
